During a visit to Scottish distilleries in his youth, he was struck by the profound experience of sherry cask-matured single malts. Captivated by their deep amber color, complex aromas, and rich palate, he dedicated his life to the world of whisky.
For over 30 years since, he has traveled to distilleries worldwide, amassing a collection of several thousand bottles. Beyond Scotland, Japan, Ireland, and America, he is well-versed in whiskies from emerging regions, constantly exploring new flavors.
His philosophy: "Whisky is the art of time." His greatest joy is sharing with guests the passion and time that makers pour into each bottle.
